Arrival by boat

Stari Grad has boat connections to other Croatian harbours and to Ancona and Pescara harbour in Italy. Stari Grad also has daily boat lines to the Split, two times a week to Dubrovnik and Rijeka (during seasson). Island of Hvar has connection to the Island of Korčula, Island of Brač and to Drvenik on mainland.
Jadrolinija Agency, ATM, exchange office, parking lot, Supermarket, Caffe-bars and Restorants, Tourist Agency, Taxi station are located right in the harbour.
The City of Stari Grad is about 20 minutes walk from the harbour.

- Ferry tickets can be purchased at the Jadrolinija Agency in the Port of Stari Grad or in the Port of Split.
- Tickets cannot be booked for local lines (Split-Stari Grad-Split).
- Credit cards may be used to purchase ferry tickets.
- If you arrive by car, we recommend coming to the port at least 1½ hour before ferry departure during high season, and 1 hour before departure in low season.
- If you arrive without a car, it is not necessary for you to arrive earlier in order to purchase your tickets as this can be done just before ferry departure.
- If you arrive without a car, you can reach your destination on the island of Hvar by bus which will wait for you upon the ferry's arrival in the Port of Stari Grad or by taxi which also stops here.
